Here's a healthy option when you're craving for pasta:
Ingredients:
10 pcs black olives, cut into halves
1 tbsp lauric oil (or olive oil)
1 medium-sized white onion, chopped
Dried basil leaves or chopped fresh basil leaves
1 can (184g) tuna (solid in water)
Apple Cider vinegar
Grated cheddar or parmesan cheese
Spaghetti pasta
Steps:
- Boil the pasta until al dente. Drain and transfer in a serving dish.
- Transfer tuna in a bowl. Drain water. Add apple cider vinegar until tuna is covered. Let stand.
- Sautee onions and black olives in lauric oil
- Add the tuna and continue to sautee until cooked.
- Combine with pasta and add basil and cheese.
