Tuna Pasta with Basil and Black Olives

Here's a healthy option when you're craving for pasta:

Ingredients:

10 pcs black olives, cut into halves

1 tbsp lauric oil (or olive oil)

1 medium-sized white onion, chopped

Dried basil leaves or chopped fresh basil leaves

1 can (184g) tuna (solid in water)

Apple Cider vinegar

Grated cheddar or parmesan cheese

Spaghetti pasta

Steps:

  1. Boil the pasta until al dente. Drain and transfer in a serving dish.
  2. Transfer tuna in a bowl. Drain water. Add apple cider vinegar until tuna is covered. Let stand.
  3. Sautee onions and black olives in lauric oil
  4. Add the tuna and continue to sautee until cooked.
  5. Combine with pasta and add basil and cheese.
